Get back on track safely after birth – together with your baby

Have you recently given birth and looking to get your body moving again – without having to worry about childcare?

The Mom & Baby programme is a structured training programme where you rebuild your body at a gentle pace – with your baby by your side. You receive expert guidance, time for your body, and a community of other mothers in the same situation.

A training programme – not a reformer class

Mom & Baby is a specialised postnatal training programme run by our neighbours at Nørrebro Fysioterapi – so it is not a reformer training programme with us directly.

However, as part of the programme you will receive a Fusion Reformer Premium membership that is active throughout the entire period. This gives you the freedom to supplement with reformer training whenever it makes sense for you.

We also offer a Mama Reformer class, which is specially tailored for mothers both before and after birth.

Postnatal training – focused on what your body needs

Pregnancy and childbirth leave their mark – both physically and mentally.

Many women experience a weakened pelvic floor, reduced core strength, tension in the back and shoulders, and a general sense of instability.

In the Mum & Baby programme, we work purposefully on:

  • Rebuilding the pelvic floor and core
  • Strengthening the abdomen, back and hips
  • Improving posture and stability
  • Building confidence in movement and exercise again


Everything takes place at a pace where everyone can participate – regardless of level or starting point.

Train with your baby – in a community of mothers

There is no need to arrange childcare – your baby is a natural part of the programme.

Babies join during training and are often incorporated into the exercises. You will also benefit from training alongside other mothers in the same situation. This creates a safe and informal community where there is space to share experiences, ask questions, and feel that you are not alone.

Of course, there is always room for breaks, breastfeeding, and whatever else comes up along the way, so you can be present without stress.

A safe place to start again

At Fusion Reformer you will find a training environment that is personal, calm and professionally strong. We know that the body after childbirth requires patience, expertise and the right progression – which is precisely why all classes are led by physiotherapists.

What does the programme include?

The Mom & Baby training programme at Nørrebro Fysioterapi runs for 8 weeks and includes:

  • 2 sessions per week

  • Instruction by a physiotherapist specialising in postnatal training

  • Maximum 10 participants per class

  • Personal guidance and the opportunity to ask questions throughout

In addition, you'll receive a Fusion Reformer Premium membership that is active throughout the entire programme. This means you are free to supplement with reformer training whenever you feel ready and have the energy.
