Membership Terms

By signing physically or completing an online registration, the member confirms having read and accepted the membership terms as described below.

1. Membership

A membership is personal and may not be used by anyone other than the member. Changes to personal data such as name, address, email, phone number, bank, account number, etc. must be immediately reported to Fusion Reformer.

2. Duration

Subscription memberships are ongoing memberships that continue until cancelled in accordance with section 7.

3. Payment

When creating a subscription membership, the agreement is registered for card payment. The monthly fee will then be automatically charged to the member's account at the beginning of each calendar month. From the age of 30, VAT will automatically be included in your membership charge.

4. Late Payment

If the membership fee is not paid on time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member and a late payment fee will be charged at the applicable rate. If the member does not pay within 10 days of the specified due date, Fusion Reformer reserves the right to terminate the membership without notice.

5. Price Changes

Price changes will be communicated by email with a notice period of the current month plus 1 month before the changes take effect. If the member does not wish to maintain their membership as a result of the price changes, the member is entitled to cancel their membership in accordance with the procedure in section 7.

6. Pause Periods

A membership can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year, but not during the notice period. There is a fee of 50 DKK each time a membership is put on hold.

7. Cancellation of Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of the current month plus 1 month. Cancellation must be done in person or via email (info@fusionreformer.dk). Your cancellation will only be considered valid once you have received our confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.

In the event of any dispute as to whether a membership has been cancelled, the member must be able to provide proof of having received a confirmation email from Fusion Reformer regarding the cancellation of the membership in question.

8. Underage Members

If a person is under 18 years of age or legally incapacitated, a membership can only be obtained if a guardian signs up for a membership on the person's behalf, at the guardian's expense, and the member trains under the guardian's supervision.

9. Health Condition and Personal Injury

All training is undertaken at the member's own risk. Each member is personally responsible for ensuring they are in a state of health that permits participation in activities at Fusion Reformer.

The studio accepts no responsibility for personal injury to a member as a result of an accident or the actions or omissions of other visitors. Danish tort law applies in this area.

10. Valuables

Fusion Reformer recommends that all valuables be stored in a locked cabinet during training (available on the ground floor at Nørrebro Fysioterapi). Fusion Reformer accepts no responsibility for losses due to theft or damage to property.

11. House Rules

The current house rules and instructions must be followed at all times.

12. Exclusion of Member

Fusion Reformer may terminate any membership agreement with immediate effect. In such cases, all unused prepayments will be refunded. We do not tolerate doping, violence, or misconduct. The studio is a member of Anti Doping Denmark and adheres to their conditions, which can be found here: Anti Doping Denmark conditions 

13. Changes to Membership Terms

Fusion Reformer may change the membership terms with a notice period of the current month plus 1 month. For significant changes, including changes to membership fees, written notification will be provided.

Fusion Reformer membership

The membership provides access to 9 classes per month, equivalent to 2 classes per full week. Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time via our app or website, in the same place where the class was booked. A fee of 120 DKK will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Members must arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, otherwise the spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.

Fusion Reformer Premium membership

With this membership, you have unlimited access to all our classes. Reformer classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time, otherwise a fee of 120 DKK will be charged. Classes are cancelled via our app or website, in the same place where you booked the class. Members must arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, otherwise the spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.

Total membership

The Total membership provides unlimited access to all our base classes as well as reformer classes, including free training at the studio. The membership does not apply to hyrox classes. Members must arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, otherwise the spot may be given to someone on the waiting list. A fee of 120 DKK will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations for reformer classes, and 25 DKK for base classes. Base classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start time, and reformer classes at least 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations must be made via our app or website, in the same place where the class was booked.
